About the event
This 8-week class will meet once a week on Tuesdays for 8 weeks on the same day/time each week. For example, a class could meet on Tuesdays from June 10 to July 29 from 3:00-3:50 pm each week (see above for the correct designated time). There will be 8 classes in total. Please register for the grade your child will attend in the fall of 2025. Instead of the summer slide, your students will SOAR into the next grade. They will work on phonics, word families, reading fluency, comprehension, math facts, guided reading, math problem-solving, and grade-level TEKS learning objectives. All students will bring home leveled readers and quick homework activities to accelerate learning. This is a program, not just a once-a-week tutoring session.
