Kids' Club--1st-5th grade, A blend of Academics, Arts, Games, and Fun, $425, 2 hours and 45 minutes

This is a blended class that will include games, arts, snack-time, exciting science experiments, hands-on fun, and some academics such as a small daily writing activity, reading time with books provided on the students' level that they can check out and take home, and a reading/fluency passage to practice throughout the week so that students can build on their reading skills and return to school stronger, more confident readers.  Students should come with their bellies full from lunch. Parents will send a simple snack (in a ziplock bag) and a water bottle.  The lead certified teacher has extensive experience in elementary instruction. This is a mixed age classroom for 1st-5th grade students. A variety of activities will be provided to keep the students engaged, entertained, and learning!  Students will have time for game time which could include Connect Four, Sliders, Operation, Playing with Legos and Blocks, and much more. Social, interactive activities will also be planned along with fun, exciting experiments and activities that will bring about joy, smiles and laughter. The cost of the class is $425 for all of June and July--8 weeks total.  Classes will meet every Tuesday from Tuesday, Jun 9 through Tuesday, July 28th. Total cost includes payment for the class, materials fee, facility rental fee, and registration. We are a LLC, have filings with the state, and carry insurance. Since we secure staff, rent classroom space, and prepare materials based on the amount of students registered, no refunds will be given for students who drop the class. Make-up sessions are not offered for missed sessions. The teacher might provide make-up work, but we will not be able to reschedule summer sessions due to classroom availability and other teaching commitments.  Encompass Academics will monitor the safety guidelines set out by the governor and will follow thorough cleaning techniques which includes disinfecting between classes, liberal use of hand sanitizer, adherence to a strict no sick policy, and keeping class size small to prohbit children from being exposed to larger groups.
