About the event
This class is created to keep your little darlings busy over the summer. The class is 2 hours and 45 minutes long. Students must be potty trained! Students should come with their bellies full from lunch. Parents will send a simple snack (in a ziplock bag) and a water bottle. The lead Mother's Day Out teacher has extensive experience in preschool. Students will have circle time each day along with fine motor activities, crafts, guided exploration and play. The students will learn about a new theme each week and will engage in learning activities, fine motor stations, craft and creative stations, and teacher led centers along with recreational time and free choice play. The class will have a lead teacher and a helper to help keep your darlings entertained. Students must be potty trained. This is a mixed age classroom for Pre-K 2s-5s. A variety of activities will be provided to keep the students engaged, entertained, and learning! The cost of the class is $300 for all of June and July--8 weeks total
Classes will meet every Tuesday from Tuesday, Jun 9 through Tuesday, July 28th. Total cost includes payment for the class, materials fee, facility rental fee, and registration. We are a LLC, have filings with the state, and carry insurance. Since we secure staff, rent classroom space, and prepare materials based on the amount of students registered, no refunds will be given for students who drop the class. Make-up sessions are not offered for missed sessions. The teacher might provide make-up work, but we will not be able to reschedule summer sessions due to classroom availability and other teaching commitments. Encompass Academics will monitor the safety guidelines set out by the governor and will follow thorough cleaning techniques which includes disinfecting between classes, liberal use of hand sanitizer, adherence to a strict no sick policy, and keeping class size small to prohbit children from being exposed to larger groups.
Please remember that since we hire staff and purchase materials for those registered, all fees are completely non-refundable. We are looking forward to having a great summer with your angels.
