About the event
These sessions are custom-tailored for your child. They'll meet the same day and time for 8 weeks--from the week of June 10th-July 30th (this could vary based on the tutor and will be agreed upon before starting). The day and time are made around the tutor/your schedule. Instead of the summer slide, your students will SOAR into the next grade. They will work on the skills you request, which can include reading fluency and comprehension, math facts, guided reading, math problem solving, and grade-level STAAR and TEKS learning objectives. Students working on reading will bring home leveled readers and quick homework activities to accelerate learning. We have a full guided reading library with books from A to Z. This is a program, not just a once-a-week tutoring session.
